HEW CABLE SOLUTIONS in Windenergy

1. Lightning protection

For the safe discharge of lightning strikes, as well as the protection of the technology in the nacelle and the rotor blades, our ERP/TPE-U conductor lines are recommended.

2. Generator

For cabling of motors, generators and transformers we recommend silicone cable with polyester braiding + impregnation. This cable also has good mechanical resistance and can be used for temperatures up to +180°C.

3. Control cabinet

We also recommend silicone cable with polyester braiding and impregnation for the wiring of the control cabinets. This cable also has good mechanical resistance and can be used for temperatures up to +180°C.

4. Rotor blade heating

Here, our heating cables are mainly used in the production of rotor blades. By heating the two rotor blade parts in a certain temperature range, they are joined together to form a finished rotor blade.
